What counts as an active job posting?
Any role that is currently published and accepting applications. A role stops counting the moment you close or archive it — draft roles you haven't published yet don't count.
What's a team seat?
One login for one person on your team. Seats are for people who review applicants, message candidates, or manage roles — not a per-department or per-role limit.
What happens if I hit my plan's limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is auto-charged. If you're at your active-postings limit, archive or close a role to free up a slot, or upgrade. If you're at your seat limit, remove someone or upgrade. Either way, you choose — we don't choose for you.
What does annual billing actually save?
Two months free: annual billing is 10× the monthly price instead of 12×, spread evenly across the year.
What does "coming soon" mean on a feature?
It means the feature is part of that plan's entitlement and will unlock for existing subscribers as it ships — you don't need to change plans or pay extra when it does.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time — no sales call required.
