Rice & Bean is a demonstration product. Companies, jobs and people shown here are fictional, and nothing on this page forms a contract.

Employers

A person reviews company registration, domain ownership and hiring history before a job can go live. Postings must show a real role, a real salary range and requirements the employer will actually hold candidates to.

Ghost jobs, multi-level marketing, unpaid work advertised as employment and pay-to-apply schemes are removed.

Candidates

One profile, used honestly. Beans exist so applications stay deliberate; automated or bulk applying is not permitted.

Decisions

Software organizes evidence against a job's requirements. A named person at the employer makes every advance or decline. There are no automated rejections.

Payment

Premium plans buy tools. They never buy visibility, ranking or preferential treatment, and employers cannot see who subscribes.
