What this page is

Rice & Bean is a prototype. Nothing on this site is a legal agreement, and no compliance certification is claimed or implied. This page describes how the product is intended to treat personal information.

What we store

Candidates: profile details, work history, education, documents uploaded to a profile, applications and their statuses, Bean activity and messages with employers.

Employers: company details submitted for verification, job postings, applicant review activity and messages with candidates.

Who can see it

An employer sees a candidate's profile and answers only after that candidate applies to one of their roles. Employers never see which candidates pay for premium tools.

Candidates see the status of every application they submit, including the outcome.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not sell candidate contact lists. We do not let anyone pay to move ahead of another candidate in a queue.

Cookies

The prototype stores demo state in your browser so the experience persists between visits. Clearing site data resets it completely.

Control

A candidate can edit or remove profile information at any time, and withdraw an application from the application detail page.
